FAQs
My suppliers don't have a website, how do they upload their inventory?
Your suppliers are still able to manually upload their inventory through this platform without needing a website. They just use our search engine to find the product they have available and input the size, quantity, and pricing details – we handle the rest.
What happens when my supplier sells an item?
Your inventory levels will automatically update as soon as something sells on your suppliers site, so you don’t have to worry about manually removing it. If your supplier has manually uploaded their inventory, as soon as they remove it from their inventory list it will also be removed from your site.
What if my suppliers have the same product?
Our database eco-system means that all new products go through an AI reconciliation process when they’re pushed through to you for approval, so you won’t get the same item twice on your store. If two suppliers have the same item, you can approve both and only the cheapest will be shown on your front-end. Once the cheapest sells, the other suppliers item will be pushed live in its place.
How will I know when my suppliers have shipped an item to the client?
You will be able to track the fulfilment status of the order within your orders tab, as well as being able to view the tracking number for the order.
